Are your products available fresh or frozen?
Yes. Every product family is available fresh or frozen. Cuts, trimming and packaging are agreed with the customer.
Do you export?
We are authorised to export pork meat, fat and by-products to Russia, Hong Kong and Japan. For other countries, write to us and we will check case by case.
What does CE IT 689 S mean?
It is the EU approval number of our Verderio plant: the health mark that identifies it as approved for meat processing in the European Union.
Can you prepare custom cuts?
Yes. Trimming, cuts and formats are defined with the customer based on how the product will be used.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the format. Tell us what you need and in what quantity, and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you supply products that are not listed?
Yes. Besides the seven main families we process other pork cuts, fats and by-products. Ask us whether we can supply what you need.
